Job Description

You have been tasked with the responsibility of leading business development and client acquisition for the Capital Markets and Wealth Management business of a leading fintech company in Chennai/Bangalore. Your primary goal is to drive revenue growth, expand strategic client relationships, and promote cutting-edge solutions across private wealth offerings. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the end-to-end sales cycle for Capital Markets & Wealth Management solutions. - Focus on business and account expansion. - Establish a strong pipeline of Tier 1 and Tier 2 banking and financial services clients globally. - Lead strategic deal origination, handle large RFPs/RFIs, and negotiate high-value enterprise contracts. - Collaborate with pre-sales, product, and delivery teams to develop client-centric value propositions and solution demos. - Create and implement go-to-market (GTM) strategies, sales plans, and territory expansion roadmaps. - Cultivate C-level relationships with key decision-makers in areas such as CIO, CTO, Heads of Wealth, Capital Markets, Risk, Compliance, and Digital. - Represent the organization at significant industry events, forums, and thought leadership platforms. - Provide market intelligence, competitor insights, and feedback to influence product strategy and roadmap. - Monitor, report, and forecast sales performance metrics using CRM and analytics tools. Educational Qualifications And Experience: - The ideal candidate should possess deep domain expertise and a proven track record in high-value enterprise sales within banks, wealth managers, broker-dealers, and capital market institutions. - Approximately 15-20 years of experience in enterprise solution sales, with at least 8 years specifically focused on Capital Markets, FinTech, or WealthTech. - Understanding of capital markets workflows, including custody and portfolio management. - Demonstrated ability to close multi-million-dollar deals with large financial institutions globally or regionally. - Strong CXO-level engagement skills and consultative selling capability. - Familiarity with front-to-back platforms, digital client onboarding, risk & compliance solutions, and market infrastructure technologies. - Experience in working for or selling to large banks, NBFCs, broker-dealers, asset managers, or financial services providers.,
