Senior Vice President, Business Analytics Group Manager AML

As a Senior Vice President in the Citi Analytics & Information Management (AIM) team based in Bangalore, your role will involve leading a team of Statisticians, Data Scientists, and Business Analysts within the AML Data Science & Model Management (DSMM), AML Independent Validation (IV), and AML Global Business Solutions (GBS) teams. You will be expected to follow global consistent methodologies while also demonstrating initiative, creativity, and suggesting enhancements to current methodologies. Your responsibilities will include: - Acting as a Strategic Leader by supporting Business Execution activities for the Independent Compliance Risk Management (ICRM) AML organization and implementing analytical solutions - Overseeing Independent Validation for AML Scenarios, KPI processes, and ensuring execution follows global standards and regulatory guidelines - Innovating and generating new ideas to improve data evaluation methods and maintaining knowledge of industry tools and processes for AML Detection and Monitoring - Building effective teams, managing career progression, talent management, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory requirements - Demonstrating Thought Leadership, Stakeholder Management, effective Communication and Influence, and Human Centric Leadership within the team Qualifications required for this role include: - 15+ years of experience in the Financial Services/Analytics Industry - Prior experience in AML domain, Mantas, or any other AML Transaction Monitoring systems - Strong understanding of Data & Analytics ecosystem, with the ability to establish a scalable analytics framework - Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and interact with senior stakeholders across the organization - Masters degree in STEM This job description provides a summary of the role's responsibilities and qualifications.
