Senior User Interface Designer

As a UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for collaborating with clients and internal product teams to conduct user research, create wireframes, designs, and align user behavior to drive results. Your key responsibilities will include: Research & Strategy: - Conducting user research through surveys, interviews, and usability tests to identify pain points and opportunities. - Developing user personas, journey maps, and information architecture based on behavioral insights. - Performing competitive analysis to innovate beyond industry trends. Design & Execution: - Creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. - Building and maintaining component libraries for consistent designs. - Iterating designs based on user feedback and A/B testing results. Collaboration & Leadership: - Presenting UX demonstrations to stakeholders and translating design decisions into business value. - Partnering with developers to ensure feasible implementation and mentoring junior designers. - Promoting best practices in agile workflows. Must-Have Skills: - 5+ years of end-to-end UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing data-driven case studies and proficiency in design tools. - Expertise in Figma/Sketch, graphic design software, and strong visual design skills. - Experience with agile methodologies, Scrum, and developer handoff tools. - Strong verbal and written communication skills with UX writing samples as a plus. Preferred Skills: - Basic front-end skills (HTML/CSS/JavaScript). - Proactive ownership, adaptability, collaborative mindset, and graphic design experience.
