Senior User Interface Designer

As a Senior UI/UX Designer at Motadata, a leading IT analytics and network monitoring company in Ahmedabad, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our products. With over 6 years of experience in UI/UX design, including at least 2 years in a strategic or lead role, you will demonstrate your expertise in Figma and showcase a strong portfolio of SaaS product designs. Your responsibilities will include creating and evolving design systems, applying user-centered design principles, and incorporating usability, accessibility, and design psychology into your work. Key Responsibilities: - Develop innovative and user-friendly interfaces for our SaaS products - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and coherence - Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate designs accordingly - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design - Mentor junior designers and contribute to the growth of the design team Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field - Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design tools - Strong understanding of design principles and methodologies - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Experience in creating design systems and working on SaaS products is a plus If you are passionate about creating exceptional user experiences and have a track record of delivering high-quality designs, we would love to hear from you.
