Position Overview:

Were looking for a passionate UX Designer to shape delightful, intuitive digital experiences. Youll bridge user needs and business goals, drive design strategy, and work with cross-functional teamsfrom concept through testing and iteration.

Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough user research using interviews, surveys, usability testing, analytics, and competitive analysis to uncover user motivations, needs, pain points and behaviors.

Define user personas, user journeys, and user flows to represent target audiences and guide design decisions.

Structure information architecture (IA) by designing sitemaps and hierarchies that support discoverability and content flow.

Design wireframes and prototypes (low- and high-fidelity) that outline layout, navigation, and interaction flows for testing and.

Perform usability testing and iterate based on findingsincorporate A/B tests, heuristic evaluation, think-aloud protocols, etc., to improve designs.

Collaborated with the HTML team to ensure seamless implementation and a user-friendly interface.

Document and communicate design specificationsannotated wireframes, flow diagrams, style guides or design systems to support developers.

Monitor performance post-launch, gather feedback, analyze metrics, and make iterative improvements for better UX.

Stay current with UX trends and tools; advocate for accessibility, usability, and user-centered design throughout the product lifecycle.

Manage operating systems such as Windows, Linux, and macOS from any location.

Focused on creating an intuitive interface to enhance user experience, ensuring seamless navigation and efficient remote operations.

Required Skills:

Strong portfolio showcasing user research, wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity designs, and usability testing outcomes.

Proficiency with UX tools such as Figma, Sketch, InVision, UXPin, Adobe XD, Miro, or Balsamiq.

Understanding of HTML, CSS, and optionally JavaScript, or ability to collaborate closely with engineers.

Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.

Empathy, critical thinking, and ability to advocate for user needs while balancing stakeholder goals.

Familiarity with accessibility and WCAG standards to design inclusive user experiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelors or masters degree in UX Design, HCI, Psychology, Information Architecture, Design, Computer Science, or related field.

Experience designing responsive, mobile-first platforms and complex systems or multi-device ecosystems.

Experience maintaining or contributing to a component library or design system.
