Job Description

Senior US Recruiter - State Clients We are seeking a dedicated State Client Recruiter to join our team. This individual will be responsible for fulfilling staffing needs for our state government clients. (Resumes WITHOUT State Clients experience will not be considered) Role and Responsibilities: 6 to 9 years of experience in US IT recruitment & sourcing. Working with MSP/VMS accounts is mandatory. Strong experience hiring US Citizens and Green Card holders. Source and recruit qualified candidates for IT and Non-IT positions through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects using Oorwin ATS Build and maintain a network of candidates for future job opportunities. Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the hiring process. Proven experience recruiting for government, public sector, or state client requirements. Familiarity with state government recruitment policies, compliance regulations, and procedures. Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools. Work Night Shift as per US hours
