Immediate Joiners preferred Job description: We at ValueConnect Consulting Pvt Ltd are looking for an ambitious, result-oriented, and experienced IT recruiter to join our growth-oriented, passionate team of recruiters at Bengaluru, Indira Nagar - CMH Road. As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will create and manage the entire technical recruitment process by establishing evaluation standards for candidates, reviewing applicants resumes, verifying their references, and Conducting interviews. In this role, you will also supervise the performance of junior staff and recruitment managers to ensure the proper implementation of top-tier hiring practices in the organization. Requirements: Previous work experience as an IT recruiter (2+ years). Strong technical expertise with the skillset to comprehend and communicate job requirements in the IT sector. Outstanding oral and written communication skills, along with a flair for networking. Experience in working with computerized HR IT recruiter software and job boards. Ability to be self-driven and work in a fast-paced and detail-oriented environment. Strong Sourcing techniques Familiarity with relevant tools and programs (e.g., applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn, referral programs, and job boards). Should have hands-on experience in handling Recruitment - Permanent or Contract positions. Strong in using leading job portals Naukri & Monster. Strong Working Experience on LinkedIn. Roles and Responsibilities: Develop a pool of qualified candidates as required by the position using sourcing strategies such as passive candidate sourcing, leveraging assigned sources, employ individual methodologies to source candidates via social media. Develop and maintain recruiting metrics to track recruiting performance and progress. Collaborate with the Recruiting team to determine the appropriate sourcing strategy. Create and maintain strong networking relationships with internal customers and external talent sources. Develop and update job descriptions, specifications, and postings on different platforms. Assess applicants' resumes for relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes. Possess a thorough awareness of all aspects of the US market, such as legal entitlements, salaries, visa categories, procedures, and relevant labor regulations. Work with client organizations to assess the best method to select well-qualified candidates while maintaining ongoing communication to address concerns and ensure proper recruiting practices and policies. Understand and improve department processes to create a more streamlined and efficient hiring process and reduce overall time to fill. Continually analyze existing selection criteria and tools, and make modifications as necessary to improve decision-making when openings occur. Venue: ValueConnect Consulting Pvt.
