Title: Sr IT Recruiter Location: Hyderabad Experience: 2+ years Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced US IT Recruiter with a strong focus on sourcing candidates through LinkedIn. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to identify and engage with top talent using LinkedIn's advanced search and networking tools. This role demands exceptional sourcing skills, an understanding of the US IT market, and the ability to build strong relationships with both candidates and clients. Key Responsibilities: 1. Sourcing & Networking: Utilize LinkedIn and other tools to source, screen, and connect with highly skilled IT professionals in the US market. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for immediate and future hiring needs. Engage with passive candidates through personalized messages, connecting them to job opportunities. 2. Candidate Engagement & Screening: Review profiles and resumes to identify candidates that align with client requirements. Conduct initial phone screens to evaluate candidate fit for open roles. Provide candidates with accurate information about job opportunities, company culture, and role expectations. 3. Market Research & Strategy: Stay up-to-date with LinkedIn tools and features to improve sourcing techniques. Research and analyze the US IT market trends, job demand, and candidate supply. Identify new sourcing strategies and channels to attract top talent. 4. Client Collaboration: Work closely with managers to understand job requirements and ideal candidate profiles. Provide regular updates on sourcing progress and candidate pipelines. Qualifications: Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in US IT recruitment, with a focus on LinkedIn sourcing. Proficiency with LinkedIn and other sourcing tools. Strong understanding of US IT market trends, technologies, and in-demand skill sets. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills: Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Knowledge of Boolean search and advanced LinkedIn search techniques. Familiarity with immigration laws and work authorizations (e.g., H1-B, OPT, GC).
