Senior Urban Planner

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Urban Planner with 5–8 years of proven expertise in master planning, land use development, and sustainable urban design. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling mid- to large-scale projects independently, coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams, and engaging with government bodies, developers, and stakeholders. Responsibilities Develop and manage master plans , zoning layouts , and urban design frameworks for residential, commercial, industrial, and mixed-use developments. Conduct site analysis , feasibility studies , and impact assessments for planning proposals. Collaborate with architects, infrastructure engineers, GIS experts, and landscape architects to deliver integrated solutions. Draft development control regulations , street design guidelines, and land-use proposals in alignment with local bylaws and environmental standards. Qualifications Master’s degree in Urban Planning / City Planning / Regional Planning from a recognized university. 5–8 years of relevant work experience in an architectural, engineering, or urban planning firm. Strong knowledge of zoning regulations, building bylaws, and planning codes. Show more Show less
