Senior UI/UX Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and user flows.
• Translate design concepts into clean, responsive, and intuitive user interfaces.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define user requirements.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to refine designs.
• Maintain design consistency across all digital products.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and user engagement.
• Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, Front-end Developer, or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
• Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design frameworks (Bootstrap, Tailwind, etc.).
• Experience with front-end frameworks (Vue.js, React, Angular) is a strong plus.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects and front-end implementation skills.
• Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality results on time.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
