About the Role
We are hiring a Senior UI/UX Designer who will lead digital design projects for our company and mentor junior designers in strengthening our internal creative team.
This is NOT a typical faculty role.
This is a corporate senior position with partial mentoring responsibility for junior UI/UX designers associated with our group.
If you are passionate about product design, UI/UX strategy, and helping juniors grow, this role is perfect for you.
Key Responsibilities
UI/UX Design Work (Primary Role – 80%)
Work on live UI/UX projects for websites, mobile apps, dashboards, and digital products.
Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs.
Conduct user research & usability testing.
Collaborate with developers and product teams for execution.
Maintain brand consistency across digital interfaces.
Team Mentoring (Secondary Role – 20%)
Guide and train junior UI/UX designers.
Review their work and provide actionable feedback.
Help them build industry-standard portfolios.
Share best practices for modern UI/UX tools like Figma, XD, Webflow, etc.
Required Skills
Strong command of Figma (mandatory)
Experience in UI for websites, mobile apps, and dashboards
Knowledge of UX principles, research, testing
Basic understanding of prototyping & design systems
Strong communication and ability to explain concepts clearly
Team leadership or mentoring experience preferred
Eligibility
2–5+ years of professional UI/UX experience
Strong portfolio with real projects
Ability to mentor junior team members
Creative mindset with attention to detail
