Senior UI/UX Designer

Job Overview

We are looking for a talented and creative UI/UX Designer with 4-5 years of experience to craft exceptional user experiences. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for clean, modern design and a strong understanding of user-centric design principles. They should be adept at transforming complex requirements into intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing designs.

Requirements:

UI/UX Expertise:

• Designs clean, conversion-driven UIs for SaaS, web apps, and websites.
• Strong in content-first design, UX flow, wireframes, and responsive layouts.
• Experienced in building scalable design systems and working component-based in tools like Figma.
• Deep knowledge of spacing, layout, typography, hierarchy, and interaction patterns.
• Builds clean, component-based design systems using tools like Figma, with attention to scalability, consistency and Maintain accessibility.
• Fast, detail-oriented, and delivers production-ready files with minimal back-and-forth.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Figma AI, Midjourney, DALL·E, etc.).

Graphic Design Proficiency:

• Can create and evolve brand identities – including logos, typography, colour palettes, and full brand style guides.
• Designs custom illustrations, infographics, icons, and marketing visuals tailored to diverse client needs.
• Maintains visual consistency across touchpoints while adapting to industry-specific requirements.

Bonus:

• Comfortable working across multiple industries: SaaS, tech, services, lifestyle, finance, Law etc.
• Fast and adaptable, can switch between design styles based on client preferences.
• Experienced in agency/white-label setups with structured processes and multiple handoffs.

Tools Proficiency (Mandatory):

• Figma – design systems, UI kits, prototyping
• Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator – image editing, custom graphics, branding assets

(Bonus: Adobe After Effects / Lottie – for microinteractions and motion graphics)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹720,000.00 - ₹960,000.00 per year
