Job Description

Responsibilities- 1.5-7 years of experience in design roles, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work. 2.Lead design projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with project goals and user needs. 3.Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment. 4.Ensure design consistency and quality across all platforms, adhering to brand guidelines and industry best practices. 5.Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and other designers, to integrate design solutions seamlessly. 5.Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and iterate on feedback. 6.Strong communication, problem-solving abilities, and a user-centric mindset. 7.Travel domain expertise is an added advantage Technical Skills: Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Axure etc.
