Job Summary

Core Platform development is spread across multiple cross-functional teams, each building large and complex components of the MDM platform. Engineer plays senior role in a team is technically responsible for particular feature delivery which consists of:

• Presenting a solution to Architects
• Technical drive feature delivery, make decisions, development leadership - distribute tasks across one or two regular engineers
• Work with QA to review testing approaches, provide all details needed for testing, and review test plans
• Be responsible for all internal feature documentation
  

Job Duties And Responsibilities

• Build highly scalable, reliable, and componentized front-end interfaces that power the Reltio user experience.
• Collaborate closely with UX designers and back-end engineers to craft intuitive and performant UI features.
• Convert product requirements into elegant, maintainable, and responsive interfaces.
• Develop using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and React to create cutting-edge, single-page applications.
• Participate in discussions from requirements gathering to production deployment.
• Contribute to continuous improvements in UI architecture, performance, and code quality.
• Focus on user-centric design and usability while balancing technical feasibility
  

Skills You Must Have

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a UI/front-end developer, with some exposure to back-end development.
• Strong experience building single-page applications using frameworks like React.
• Solid understanding of UI/UX patterns, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Experience working with RESTful APIs, and integrating backend services with front-end components.
• Ability to transform UX mockups into responsive, pixel-perfect UIs using HTML5/CSS3.
• Familiarity with browser testing, debugging, and version control systems like Git.
• Knowledge of Object-Oriented Design principles and scalable UI design practices.
• Experience with databases is a plus.
• A user-first mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and a passion for great product experiences.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
