Senior Travel Consultant

Role Overview: As a Travel Consultant for a reputed Dubai based travel company in Ahmedabad, you will be responsible for using your 4-5 years of experience in the same capacity to provide exceptional services. Your profound knowledge in Galileo & Amadeus will be crucial for this role. Candidates with experience in Travel Agencies are preferred for this position. Key Responsibilities: - Create PNRs and handle issuing, reissuing, and rerouting tasks - Maintain positive client and supplier relationships - Utilize strong organizational, analytical, and presentation skills to respond quickly to client queries - Professionally manage client feedback and collaborate with internal departments - Effectively manage change, monitor Key Performance Indicators of GDS Operation, handle escalations, and enhance team productivity and efficiency Qualifications Required: - Minimum 4-5 years of experience in a similar role - Profound knowledge in Galileo & Amadeus - Experience in Travel Agencies preferred - Strong organizational, analytical, and presentation skills - Ability to work in rotational shifts - Full-time position located in Ahmedabad (Thaltej),
