Key Responsibilities Sales & Client Engagement - Responsively address inquiries across various platforms using a consultative and customer-centric approach. - Understand client preferences and recommend personalized domestic and international travel solutions. - Drive conversions through engaging conversations and proactive follow-ups. Itinerary Planning & Customization - Develop tailor-made travel packages that cater to customer interests, schedules, and budgets. - Stay informed about trending destinations, seasonal offerings, and exclusive experiences. - Utilize our in-house technology platform to provide real-time itinerary options with maximum flexibility. Booking & Vendor Coordination - Manage end-to-end bookings, including flights, accommodations, activities, and transfers. - Collaborate with reliable vendors, airlines, and hotel partners to secure competitive rates and ensure seamless operations. Customer Experience - Offer pre-trip guidance, on-trip support, and post-trip assistance with meticulous attention to detail. - Proactively address issues to deliver a seamless travel experience that results in satisfied and loyal customers. Tech Savvy - Familiarity with travel booking platforms like GDS, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office. - Quick adaptability to our proprietary itinerary builder system.
