Job Description

Role - Senior Transition Manager - Transversal

Location - Hyderabad (Work from office only)

12 months contract - renewable

Project context

Manage end to end execution of
process transition (Finance Transitions, HR, ...)
spread across geography including readiness in terms of people, infrastructure, technology, operational readiness and stabilization, governance and managing escalation
Coordinate with stakeholders to understand requirements and objectives of transitions including identifying dependencies such as recruitment, IT setup, user access, etc,
Identify and mitigate risks associated with transition activities
Execute the transition plan drawn out by functional transition manager/transition tower lead
Ensure use of standard transition methodology & completion of key deliverables as per each phase in the methodology
Monitor the completion of each transition deliverable
Establish and conduct regular governance meeting with multiple stakeholders across geography from transition preparation to closure
Align regional / country transition to overall transition roadmap to achieve cross-functional synergies in the regional rollouts.
Ability to progressively elaborate the detailed transition plan with changing environment
