Senior TPM Executive

As a Senior Executive TPM at iD Fresh Food, your role is crucial in managing all third-party manufacturing operations to ensure that the current and future manufacturing requirements are effectively met. You will be responsible for various key tasks such as: - Ensuring third-party vendors adhere to iD's quality specifications. - Coordinating NPD trials through to commercial launch with all stakeholders. - Conducting regular vendor audits and ensuring timely closure of non-conformities. - Maintaining and updating all legal, statutory, and food safety documents from vendors. - Handling internal and customer complaints with vendors and driving CAPA implementation. - Preparing and sharing daily MIS and monthly review reports with stakeholders. - Verifying vendor compliance with agreed Quality SOPs through process audits. - Training and guiding third-party vendors on critical quality parameters. To qualify for this role, you should meet the following requirements: - Education: B.Tech./M.Sc. in Diary Technology or Food Science and Technology. - Experience: Minimum 2-7 years of experience in the Dairy or food processing industry, particularly with Dairy Products like Paneer, Curd, Buttermilk, etc. - Communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi. - Industry experience in Dairy is preferable.
