Senior Test Lead

Role Description:As a Senior Technical Lead - Automation Testing - DataCom (Networking , L2-L3, L4-L7 Protocols) at Incedo, you will be responsible for designing and executing automated test cases and scripts for network protocols at different layers. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects and provide recommendations for improvements to the development team.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design and develop automation testing solutions for DataCom networks, including Layer 2, Layer 3, and Layer 4-7 protocols
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and design solutions that meet business needs
• Configure and deploy automation testing solutions, and troubleshoot technical issues as needed
• Develop and maintain documentation, including user guides and training materials
• Stay up-to-date with the latest automation testing tools and techniques for DataCom networks, and make recommendations for continuous improvement
• Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment, promoting open communication and teamwork
• Demonstrate strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to perform at their best
