Senior Test Analyst

As a QA Analyst, you will play a crucial role in assessing software quality by conducting both manual and automated testing. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and report bugs and glitches to ensure the smooth functioning of our products, applications, and systems. Your key responsibilities will include reviewing and analysing system specifications, collaborating with QA Engineers to devise effective testing strategies and plans, executing test cases manually or through automation, and evaluating product code against specifications. Additionally, you will be tasked with creating detailed logs to document testing phases and defects, reporting identified bugs and errors to the development teams, and assisting in issue troubleshooting. Furthermore, you will be involved in conducting post-release and post-implementation testing, working closely with cross-functional teams to uphold quality standards throughout the software development lifecycle. The ideal candidate for this role should have proven experience as a Quality Assurance Software Tester or in a similar capacity. A background in project management and familiarity with QA methodology are advantageous. Knowledge of Agile frameworks, regression testing, test management software, SQL, and strong organisational skills will be beneficial in fulfilling the requirements of this position.
