Senior Territory Sales Officer

Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for visiting optician and accessories stores, achieving sales targets through dealers and distributors, and conducting sales events and road shows in the territory to showcase our range of products. Additionally, the Sales Representative will be responsible for ensuring timely order fulfilment, collecting payments from distributors and dealers, implementing company schemes and brand plans, and identifying opportunities for business development in new towns within the territory. Key Responsibilities: 1. Visit optician and accessories stores with samples to book orders. 2. Achieve primary & secondary sales targets through dealers and distributors. 3. Conduct sales events and road shows in the territory to showcase the range and book orders from customers. 4. Ensure timely order fulfilment and collection of payments from distributors and direct dealers. 5. Suggest plans for liquidation of obsolete stocks at distributors and key dealers. 6. Implement company schemes and brand plans in the market as per guidelines. 7. Submit distributor claims to the company in a timely manner and ensure they are cleared. 8. Identify prospective new stores and drive placement of Luxottica brands in such stores. 9. Identify opportunities for business development in new towns within the territory. 10. Attend customer complaints and ensure they are resolved immediately. We are looking for candidates who are passionate about sales, have excellent communication and negotiation skills, and are willing to travel extensively within the territory. Previous experience in the eyewear or optical industry would be an advantage.
