Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Senior Tele Sales Executive (Female) to lead our telesales efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining the product or service, and closing sales. This role requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and a proven track record in telesales. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate leads and convert them to sales. Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support. Maintain and update customer database with accurate information. Handle inbound inquiries and follow up diligently. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Train and mentor junior telecallers (if required). Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve queries efficiently. Coordinate with the field sales and marketing teams when necessary. Requirements: Minimum 0–4 years of experience in telesales or inside sales. Proven sales record with target achievement. Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills. Proficiency in Hindi, English, and regional language (if applicable). Basic computer knowledge (CRM software, MS Office). Graduate or equivalent educational qualification preferred. Perks: Incentive is performance based & 1k extra apart from salary and incentive
