Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Telecommunications Engineer located in Ambikapur. The Senior Telecommunications Engineer will be responsible for designing and implementing network systems, managing telecommunications infrastructure, providing technical support, and troubleshooting issues related to telecommunications systems and Voice over IP (VoIP). The role involves collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless connectivity and high-quality network performance.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Telecommunications Systems and Network Design
• Experience in Voice over IP (VoIP) and Technical Support
• Strong Troubleshooting skills in telecommunications and network systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP) are a plus
• Experience in a similar role, particularly within the telecom industry
