Institution Acquisition Lead- Bangalore

Experience in government liaison, institutional sales, and telecom infrastructure deployment. The role requires a professional with strong local expertise and established relationships across key government and corporate entities.

Key Requirements:

• Local Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in Kannada (spoken, written, and read).
• Government Relations: Strong network and working relationships with:
• Urban Local Bodies: City Corporations, Municipal Councils, Town Panchayats.
• State Agencies: BBMP, BMRCL, BDA, BESCOM, KSRTC, etc.
• Influence & Access: Ability to secure appointments and meetings with senior government and political figures as required by the company.
• Tendering Experience: Prior experience in applying and bidding for government tenders, preferably in the telecom domain.
• Telecom Infrastructure Exposure: Experience in rolling out and installing telecom towers, IBS, and FTTH solutions, particularly in corporate environments (e.g., IBM, Prestige, infrastructure developers).

Additional Skills & Experience:

• Tracking central and state government initiatives and policies related to telecom.
• Multi-level relationship management with influencers and decision-makers in government and administrative departments.
• Building and maintaining strong business relations with government and institutional stakeholders.
• Handling institutional acquisition and corporate sales across private and government sectors, including BBMP, BMRCL, BESCOM, etc.
• Managing government and institutional sales through requirement mapping, budget tracking, stakeholder engagement, and participation in bids and tenders.
• Driving strategic and tactical business initiatives in the government sector.
