About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Making calls on database to potential customers to promote products, services. 2. Handling calls from customers who have questions or need assistance. 3. Building rapport, understanding customer needs, and providing helpful information. 4. Converting leads into sales, explaining product benefits, and handling objections. 5. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and updating databases. 6. Resolving customer issues and providing solutions.
