Provide comprehensive information and consultation regarding educational services, career guidance, academic support, and preparatory programs. 4. Manage and update the CRM system with accurate records of client interactions, lead status, call logs, and feedback to ensure effective communication and tracking. 5. Coordinate and schedule appointments between prospective clients and counselors, ensuring seamless communication and follow-through.
