Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective students and parents to introduce the consultancy's services and offerings. Additionally, you will identify and qualify leads through cold calling, follow-up calls, and referrals from other sources. Your role will also involve providing detailed information about studying abroad, available courses, universities, and admission processes. You will assist students in understanding their options for studying abroad and help them choose suitable programs or universities. Furthermore, you will schedule consultations or meetings between prospective students and senior counselors, and maintain accurate records of calls, student queries, and follow-up actions in the CRM system. Handling inquiries related to studying abroad, clearing doubts, and providing information on courses and visa processes will also be part of your responsibilities. Regularly following up with leads and existing clients to ensure they are progressing in their application process and informing students about upcoming deadlines, offers, and scholarship opportunities will also be crucial aspects of your role.
