Senior Telecaller (Female)

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospects and existing customers to promote products/services.
• Handle inbound calls and provide accurate information to clients.
• Guide and support junior telecallers in achieving daily calling targets.
• Maintain and update customer databases with details of interactions.
• Follow up with potential leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
• Handle escalated queries and resolve customer issues professionally.
• Work closely with the sales/marketing team to meet organizational targets.
• Achieve individual as well as team-based calling and conversion targets.

Requirements:

• Female candidates preferred.
• 1–2 years of proven experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer relationship roles.
• Strong communication and persuasive skills in English,Hindi,Gujarat.
• Ability to handle targets and pressure with a positive attitude.
• Good knowledge of MS Office with typing speed.
• Leadership skills to guide and mentor junior team members.
