Position: Telecaller
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential clients.
Explain our digital marketing services and answer inquiries.
Follow up with leads to ensure conversion.
Maintain an updated database of client interactions.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Prior experience in telecalling or customer support is a plus.
Proficiency in regional and English languages preferred
