We are hiring an experienced Senior Telecaller to handle client calls, follow up on leads, and guide the tele calling team towards achieving sales targets. Responsibilities: Make outbound calls and explain company services. Handle inbound inquiries and convert leads Maintain client database and follow-up records Train and support junior tele callers. Achieve daily and monthly calling targets. Requirements: Minimum 1–3 years of telecalling or sales experience Good communication & convincing skills Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel / CRM) Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
