Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Tele Sales Caller, located in Surat. The Senior Tele Sales Caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, providing information about our services, and scheduling appointments. They will also follow up on leads, maintain client databases, and achieve sales targets. The role involves collaborating with other departments to ensure client satisfaction and successful service delivery.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience in telemarketing, telesales, or a related field
• Ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively
• Customer service and client management skills
• Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle objections
• Experience in the healthcare or skin care industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
