Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Technical Trainer located in Karur. The Senior Technical Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering technical training programs, developing training materials, conducting training sessions, and evaluating the effectiveness of the training. Daily tasks include coordinating with other trainers, mentoring junior trainers, and ensuring that the curriculum is up-to-date with current industry standards. Qualifications Experience in Technical Training and Training & Development Familiarity with creating and delivering Technical Trainers programs and materials Strong Communication and Training skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Proficiency with the latest educational technology and tools Master's degree in Education, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field Previous experience in the tech industry is an added advantage Show more Show less
