Senior Technical Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Execution:

  Lead multiple complex projects simultaneously from initiation to delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budgets.

• Technical Oversight:

  Collaborate with engineering, design, and QA teams to ensure technical feasibility, architecture alignment, and optimal performance across all deliverables.

• Client & Stakeholder Management:

  Serve as the primary point of contact for clientscommunicating updates, managing expectations, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

• Team Leadership:

  Mentor and guide a cross-functional team of developers, designers, and analysts, fostering collaboration and accountability.

• Risk & Issue Management:

  Identify potential project risks proactively and develop effective mitigation plans to ensure smooth execution.

• Agile Methodology:

  Implement Agile/Scrum processes, conduct sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups to maintain momentum and transparency.

• Process Improvement:

  Continuously assess and refine project management frameworks to enhance productivity and delivery quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  
• 5–10 years of experience managing large-scale technology or digital projects.
  
• Proven experience in

• Strong command over
