Our Security Threat and Response Management (STRM) team is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead and coordinate critical technology projects and initiatives from inception through successful delivery. You will possess a deep understanding of the business and technical requirements for the solutions being built, and intimately understand the needs of the engineers and technical operations teams who will build, maintain, and operate these systems. This role demands a leader who can navigate complexity, drive coordinated delivery across multiple teams, and ensure all outputs are production-ready. About the Role As a Senior Technical Program Manager in STRM, you are expected to: Program & Project Management: Plan and manage a group of related technology projects, initiatives, and activities in a coordinated way from inception through successful delivery. Cross-Team Acceleration: Organize and accelerate a group of related technology projects or activities across multiple teams, aligning dependent organizations, and effectively identifying and removing blockers. Execution & Control: Create mechanisms to effectively report out and control execution. Recognize complexity and create predictable delivery paths for large and/or complex efforts. Process Improvement: Measurably improve, streamline, and/or eliminate excess processes, utilizing cross-organizational mechanisms to describe and drive continuous improvements. Delivery Ownership: Drive execution of an outcome from inception through successful delivery across the full stack of services/domains, or for outcomes spanning multiple teams and enterprise integrations. Agile Leadership: Operate effectively in an Agile/Scrum environment, working across delivery squads, release roadmaps, and associated OKRs. Collaborate closely with product team members. Risk & Issue Management: Work with multiple scrum/delivery teams to build/improve ways of working and identify and mitigate risks or issues that may impact the plan. Retrospection & Improvement: Conduct meaningful retrospectives, process and recommend actions for the team, and communicate pain points outside the team's control to leadership. Communication & Reporting: Clearly articulate scope, timelines, dependencies, owners, and actions. Report progress to teams and senior leadership in regular cadence. Strategic Credibility: Understand the business strategy and design approaches within the product, program, or domain with depth to be credible and influential with the teams they work with. Source of Truth: Act as the first point of contact and source of truth for status for your team or area, providing accurate information and associated data about the project's state to the right audience at the right time. All About You Technical Acumen: Possess the technical capability to effectively solve software engineering challenges, communicate with engineers, scope technical programs, and identify technical risks. Decision-Making: Ability to help business and engineering teams make trade-off decisions by considering all data, including business objectives and technical platform strategy. Risk & Issue Management: Proven ability to identify, assess, track, and mitigate issues and risks at multiple levels. Autonomy & Influence: Demonstrated ability to operate with independence and autonomy, and strong coordination/organization skills to work with multiple stakeholders and vendors across locations. Platform Expertise: Prior experience defining and building technical products as a platform at scale, with a deep understanding of those platforms capabilities and underlying technologies. Enjoys diving deep into platforms internals. Continuous Improvement: Proven track record of data-driven decision-making and applying continuous improvement methodologies across teams. Technical Domain Expertise (Plus): Expertise in cybersecurity, third-party software management is a huge plus. Technology Proficiency: Expertise in CI/CD, databases, microservices APIs, and distributed systems . Agile Delivery: Experience operating in an agile delivery model, including but not limited to sprints, releases, managing dependencies, roadmaps, and backlog prioritization.
