Role Summary:
As a Senior Technical Manager, you will play a key leadership role in driving the efficiency, quality, and expansion of our machine shop operations. You will directly manage teams, ensure customer satisfaction, and work closely with both internal stakeholders and international clients.
Minimum 10 years experience in managing a machine shop (preferably in precision aerospace or high-tech components) Strong engineering background – preferably in Mechanical Engineering Hands-on expertise in CNC machining processes, tooling, and quality systems Experience in handling international clients and delivering to global standards Age: 40–45 years A proactive mindset, leadership ability, and a desire to contribute to a growing organization
