Job Description

Need a full stack lead with 10-12 YOE Having strong experience in Develop, optimize, and maintain scalable frontend applications using Angular 12+, architect and implement Micro Frontend (MFE) solutions to enable modular and maintainable frontend systems. working knowledge of Node.js and Java Spring Boot for seamless integration. Lead and mentor a small team of 4 to 5 developers, providing technical guidance, code reviews, and performance feedback. Drive best practices in coding standards, UI/UX consistency, and application security. Work closely with product owners, UX designers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality features on schedule. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize complex web applications in a collaborative agile environment. Communicate effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
