You have: Bachelor s degree in Electronics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a software related discipline. Highly developed analytical and debugging skills with proven ability to perform in a fast-paced environment and under time constraints while keeping attention to details. Participates as an expert in 4G/5G Core technology area in customer issues via ticket handling and projects. Active in networking and knowledge sharing. Develops processes, tools and working methods. Detailed understanding of 4G and 5G call flows Good working knowledge in CSD, VOLTE, DRA, SCP, BSF, SEPP in 4G/5G core technologies. 4G/5G Core Network knowledge is desired, preferable to have knowhow about HLR, HSS, UDM, EIR exposure to 3GPP standards. Good Hands-on knowledge on Diameter/HTTP2 signalling domain, JSON, RestAPI, SCTP, TCP with core products e.g. Load Balancers Good hands-on experience in Linux, Kubernetes, VMWare, OpenStack and working with CSF Assets Blueprints like BVNF/BCMT/BELK and Expert level Certificates in Public Clouds/K8S would be plus. It would be nice if you also had: In depth and working experience with cloud-ready, cloud-native, micro services and containers architecture, Devops. Demonstrated expertise with scripting (one or more scripting languages like Shell, Perl, Python), tracing tools (Wireshark, tShark etc) and Expert level competence in Linux. Good knowledge and in Open Stack administration and Docker, K8S concepts and its application in Could Native products. Expert level Certificates in Public Clouds/K8S would be plus. Handle Crisis/Emergency support as needed Supports system upgrades and customer projects for new implementation activities on various platforms Ability to multi-task and work on multiple issues, with quickly changing priorities Good understanding of software development lifecycles based on AGILE mode of working. Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written and an effective and supportive team player Prior experience in interfacing with customers in understanding their deployments and use cases in the areas of Serviceability. Provides support and guidance during Customer escalations and emergencies, keeping customer Service Level Agreements (SLAs) in mind Analyses and finds root causes of product issues, by understanding logs, metrics, pcap files and customer scenarios. Works on installing, reproducing and fixing product issues. Engages and co-ordinates with the Core RD Product team (SMEs) to come up with solutions. Engages and co-ordinates with external parties like Nokia Cloud/CBIS team as appropriate. Drives, develops, and maintains 4LS/RD maintenance and support processes, for best in class Software. Mentors and supports junior team members Willing to Engage with virtual teams and collaborate to arrive at a feasible solution . Be the part of Nokia Global Emergency Support on Rota basis. Flexible to travel for project/issue onsite in short notice and/or join customer critical activities
