As a Senior Technical Engineer for EMCS Customer Projects in Digital Power, you will be focusing on sectors like Oil & Gas, Electro Intensive, Energies, Power & Grid, Micro-Grid, and Transport. Your role, based in Gurgaon, India, involves collaborating closely with major industry leaders, interacting with internal and external stakeholders, and leading automation activities for complex projects. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop skills of yourself and your team through new technologies and solutions. - Analyze risks and opportunities related to project specifications during bidding/tendering. - Ensure compliance with project objectives, timelines, and schedules. - Plan team activities based on workload and solution complexity. - Collaborate with stakeholders to create a positive work environment. - Maintain technical quality for engineering documents. - Act as a coordinator for complex projects to meet targets. - Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and environmental procedures. - Drive continuous improvement and lead subcontractors when applicable. - Engage in ongoing improvement of engineering competency for project execution requirements. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's or master's degree in Electrical/Electronics, Computer Science, or Instrumentation Engineering. - 7-8 years of experience in energy automation project execution, team leadership, and customer management. - Strong knowledge of the industry. - Versatile customer experience is a plus. - Leadership, interpersonal, and team-building skills. - Excellent soft skills and communication abilities. - Self-motivated and proactive.
