Senior Technical Architect

As a Senior Technical Architect, you will play a crucial role in leading the design and development of scalable, secure, and high-performance systems. Your responsibilities will include: - Solution Design and Architecture: - Designing scalable, efficient, and secure technical architectures aligned with organizational goals. - Evaluating business requirements and translating them into clear technical solutions. - Defining system integration strategies and ensuring compatibility across platforms and services. - Recommending and selecting the appropriate technology stack for each project. - Leadership and Collaboration: - Working closely with product managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment. - Providing architectural oversight during software development and implementation processes. - Mentoring and guiding development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural principles and coding standards. - Serving as the primary technical liaison between internal teams and external partners or clients. - Technology Strategy: - Driving innovation by staying updated on emerging technologies, trends, and best practices. - Developing roadmaps for technology adoption and upgrades to keep systems competitive. - Performing risk assessments of existing and proposed solutions and addressing performance, security, and scalability concerns. - Quality Assurance and Optimization: - Overseeing and validating the technical aspects of development projects to ensure high-quality deliverables. - Conducting code and design reviews to ensure compliance with best practices and guidelines. - Identifying bottlenecks and optimizing system performance. Technical Skills required for this role include: - Proven experience in architecture design and development of complex, enterprise-level systems. - Expertise in relevant technologies such as cloud platforms (e.g., AWS), microservices, APIs, and containerization (e.g., Docker/Kubernetes). - Strong knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Java) and frameworks (e.g., Spring, Angular, React). - Proficiency in database design, both relational (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and non-relational (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra). Preferable Qualifications: - Certifications such as TOGAF, AWS Solution Architect, or Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect. - Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies. You will also be tasked with training and developing the team to mitigate delivery risks and deliver high-quality solutions meeting client expectations and industry standards.
