Senior Technical Architect

As a Senior Technical Architect, you will play a pivotal role in guiding the design, development, and deployment of sophisticated software solutions utilizing a cloud-native approach. Your expertise will be essential in shaping the technical strategy of our products to ensure their scalability, reliability, and security. This position necessitates strong leadership qualities, technical proficiency, and a dedication to producing clean, maintainable code. You will be responsible for leading the architectural design of large-scale systems, guaranteeing their alignment with business objectives and industry best practices. Additionally, you will create and maintain technical roadmaps that integrate emerging technologies, particularly AI and subscription-based solutions. Contributing to all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) will be a key aspect of your role, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, release, and ongoing support. Collaboration with cross-functional teams such as Product Management, UI/UX, DevOps, and QA will be vital to translate business requirements into technical designs effectively. In terms of leadership and collaboration, you will provide technical guidance to a global team of software engineers, ensuring adherence to best practices and advanced coding techniques. Effective communication, task allocation, and code reviews will also be integral to maintaining high-quality deliverables. Managing technical debt will be another crucial responsibility, involving the identification, prioritization, and resolution of technical debt issues. You will advocate for continuous improvement and refactoring as part of the development process while establishing coding standards and architectural guidelines that balance immediate project needs with future scalability. Your focus will be on architecting and implementing solutions on Microsoft Azure, utilizing PaaS and other cloud services for optimal performance and scalability. Proficiency with AWS will also be beneficial for multi-cloud strategies. Incorporating AI technologies such as ChatGPT or similar language models to enhance product capabilities will be part of your subscription and AI initiatives. Your technical qualifications should include expertise in .NET & C#, ASP.NET Core & Angular, Cloud Services, Data Management, DevOps & Version Control, Temporal & Emerging Tech, Architecture & Best Practices, and Team Leadership. This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule and in-person work location.,
