Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior C++ Developer with strong expertise in modern C++ (C++14) and software design principles . The ideal candidate will take technical ownership , provide mentorship , and drive high-quality development within the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

9-10 years of experience in software development.
Strong proficiency in C++14 and object-oriented programming.
Expertise in GIT for version control and GTest for unit testing.
Solid understanding of clean code principles, design patterns, and data structures .
Experience working in a Linux environment .
Exposure to Agile and SAFe methodologies .
Excellent problem-solving skills , with the ability to guide and mentor a development team.
Experience with Adaptive AUTOSAR and automotive domain applications .

Soft Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative environment .
