Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain kitchen hygiene and follow all food safety protocols
  • Perform mise-en-place preparation and ensure ingredient quality before cooking
  • Assist in cooking and assembling meals as per company standards
  • Support packing and dispatch activities when required
  • Keep the workstation clean, organized, and hygienic at all times

Requirements

  • Minimum Higher Secondary (12th) education with at least 24 months of relevant kitchen experience
  • Physically fit and capable of working in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Must maintain high personal hygiene standards, be disciplined, punctual, and clean-shaven
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a kitchen setting
  • Flexibility to work in

    break shifts

    (Morning & Evening slots)
  • Ability to follow instructions accurately and work collaboratively as part of a team
