Key Responsibilities

Food Preparation & Mise-en-Place

• Execute daily prep tasks with consistency and efficiency
• Ensure ingredient quality and readiness before cooking

Cooking & Meal Assembly

• Assist in cooking processes and assembling meals as per company standards
• Maintain quality, portion control, and presentation

Kitchen Hygiene & Cleanliness

• Follow food safety and sanitation protocols strictly
• Keep your workstation clean, organized, and inspection-ready at all times

Team Support & Supervision

• Support and guide junior staff on food prep and hygiene practices
• Step in to help wherever needed to maintain workflow

Packing & Dispatch (as needed)

• Assist in packing and dispatch operations when required

Requirements

• Education:

  Minimum Higher Secondary (12th pass)

• Experience:

  Minimum

  24 months

  of relevant kitchen or food service experience

• Physical Fitness:

  Capable of working in a fast-paced kitchen environment

• Personal Traits:

  Good hygiene, clean-shaven, punctual, disciplined, and eager to learn

• Flexibility:

  Open to working

  break shifts

  (Morning: 10:00 AM 3:00 PM || Evening: 7:00 PM 12:00 AM)

• Teamwork:

  Able to take instructions and collaborate effectively with others

Shift & Meal Details

• Store Operating Hours:

  7:00 AM 3:00 AM

• Shift Duration:

  10 hours

• Meal Provision:

• 1 Meal (Rice + Indian Curry) per shift
• 2 Meals for those working full break shifts
