Role Overview: As a Senior Team Member in the Alternative Fund Services - Hedge Fund Services, you will play a crucial role in managing all aspects of the fund accounting function to deliver premium client service. Your responsibilities will include preparing and overseeing Net Asset Value files, establishing strong relationships with investment managers, and ensuring compliance with internal and external deadlines. Collaboration with internal teams will be vital to enhance efficiency, reduce risk, and maintain high accuracy and quality in all deliverables. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and oversee Net Asset Value files - Foster strong relationships with investment managers and third parties - Develop a deep understanding of hedge fund accounting and administration - Collaborate with internal teams for successful alignment on deadlines - Conduct quality assurance checks on information received internally - Resolve client queries and generate ad hoc reports - Maintain procedures for the funds - Ensure compliance with controls, procedures, and company policies - Identify efficiencies for risk reduction and enhanced efficiency Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics with a GPA of 3.2 or higher - Strong organizational skills and focus on quality and accuracy - Ability to work under strict deadlines - Excellent interpersonal skills and effective team collaboration - Proactive and positive approach to work Additional Company Details: The company values leadership qualities, motivation, and proven ability to deliver results.
