Your role will involve delving deep into Transfer Pricing concepts and regulations in India, demonstrating a basic understanding of direct tax principles and allied laws. Effective communication skills, both oral and written, are crucial, with proficiency in business English being highly valued. You will be expected to grasp the intricacies of our clients" businesses and the associated challenges, taking personal responsibility for your work and performance. Collaborating with senior colleagues, you should be able to articulate issues effectively, stay abreast of relevant case laws, and apply legal judgments to assignments appropriately. As a Qualified CA with 0-2 years of experience in direct tax or Transfer Pricing, you should possess strong analytical capabilities, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to manage client relationships effectively. Commercial acumen, teamwork, and a willingness to learn and share knowledge are essential attributes for this role.
