About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for various technical positions within the IT industry. 2. Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards), networking, and referrals. 3. Screen resumes and job applications to identify suitable candidates. 4. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and priorities. 5. Build strong relationships with clients to understand their business objectives and recruitment requirements. 6. Utilize Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track and manage candidate pipelines efficiently. 7. Provide timely updates to stakeholders on recruitment progress, including regular reporting on key metrics.
