About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Source and screen potential IT candidates for contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent openings 2. Post job openings on portals to increase the pool of candidates 3. Utilize internal database to identify potential candidates 4. Develop proactive sourcing strategies to engage and develop a pipeline of passive talent 5. Review resumes, cultivate referrals, and pre-screen candidates while moving the interview process forward in a timely manner 6. Source potential candidates through various job portals and online channels 7. Oversee candidate experience & communication in all stages of hiring, including application, interview, selection, and joining 8. Prioritize and track job orders to fulfill client needs 9. Increase the number of qualified applicants in the database 10. Familiarize yourself with industry trends, including client, market, and unemployment conditions 11. Meet or exceed weekly performance goals and expectations Skills required: 1. Recruitment 2. Sourcing 3. Screening 4. Communication skills 5. Written communication Candidates Attributes: 1. Good written and verbal communication skills 2. Enjoy talking to candidates about job opportunities and getting them interested in the company 3. Adept at using various recruitment-related tools 4.
