Job Description

Role: Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

Location: Pune

Experience: 6 years to 15 years

Notice period: Immediate or 15 Days

Responsibilities

Serve as a key member of the recruiting strategy team, driving the development and maintenance of required capability and talent pipelines.
Design and execute comprehensive global recruitment strategies for assigned functional and geographic areas.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job specification development, candidate sourcing, interviews, selection, and offer acceptance.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives in recruiting operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery and a seamless candidate experience.
Partner with internal stakeholders to develop effective recruitment strategies, policies, and processes aligned with business objectives.
Conduct detailed needs assessments with hiring managers to define role requirements and establish clear communication strategies, including SLAs, feedback loops, and next steps.
Oversee job advertisement strategies to optimize visibility and attract top talent across digital platforms.
Analyze and report on the effectiveness of sourcing channels and recruitment performance metrics, recommending data-driven improvements.
Maintain expert knowledge of global talent acquisition trends, best practices, and compliance standards.
Benchmark recruitment processes against industry standards to identify areas for enhancement.
Build and maintain strong talent networks and proactive candidate pipelines for key business areas.
Coach and mentor junior recruiters, providing guidance, training, and technical support.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment in a corporate or global environment.
Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet SLAs.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
Ability to identify and implement innovative sourcing and recruitment strategies.
