JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities • Key member of the recruiting strategy team, developing and maintaining the required capability and talent. • Creates and executes on global recruitment strategies for assigned functional/ geographic areas. • Responsible to manage interview processes for each recruitment. • Developing and maintaining the required capability and talent. Manages end-to-end recruitment process from initial job specification development through candidate acceptance. • Provides leadership and expertise in broad recruiting solutions and activities to ensure high levels of service delivery. • Responsible to review and improve the way in which we advertise job opportunities • Partners with the appropriate internal business partners and utilizes deep understanding of recruitment to develop strategies, policy, and process for recruitment. • Conducts thorough needs assessment with hiring managers prior to initiating sourcing and recruitment activities. • Establishes communication strategy with hiring managers for specific requisitions
