Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, documentation, offer management, and onboarding. Partner with hiring managers, technical/functional interview panels, and HR stakeholders to align hiring needs and ensure timely fulfillment. Ensure high levels of candidate engagement and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. Lead post-offer follow-up processes to ensure candidate onboarding success and address potential risks. Collaborate with the business on hiring strategies, campus programs, and process enhancements. Drive recruitment operations with accuracy and speed in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. Maintain recruitment metrics and ensure compliance with internal processes. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field. 4+ years of experience in technical and functional recruitment roles. Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder engagement and interview scheduling. Strong command of sourcing tools, ATS platforms, and modern recruitment technologies. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work onsite from our Vadodara office.
